This speech explores the doctoral student pedagogical experience, suggesting some academic intersections that can be further explored in develop possible remedies and more positive outcomes. Producing generators of new knowledge is essential to the academic world and we need our best minds actively engaged in contemplating how best to get doctoral students to finish their studies and graduate.
