Your paper should be saved in a Microsoft Word-compatible format. Text should be formatted for 8.5 x 11 inch paper, single-spaced at 10 points, with one inch margins and left justified. We generally follow American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines although we do accept papers with color images. Your submission should contain the following:
Please include the following information when citing an journal: complete journal title, volume number, issue number in parenthesis, page numbers, and year of publication.
Submit your paper electronically via email attachment to Submissions@CluteInstitute.com. Please indicate a preferred journal for publication (if any).
A submission fee of $60 is charged along with each paper submitted (6 week turnaround) or $150 for expedited review (within 2 weeks).
Our preferred payment method is via online transaction. We use PayPal Merchant Services as our payment processor. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. Note: a PayPal account is not required to make online credit card payments (though you are welcome to use one).

You may also mail check payments to The Clute Institute address listed below (standard review only) or call our office directly at 1-303-904-4750 with your MasterCard or Visa credit card information. For security purposes, we strongly discourage sending credit card information via email or postal mail.
As a condition of publication, the authors must assign copyright and publication rights to the Clute Institute to provide us with full copyright protection and the right to disseminate the manuscript to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats. Authors retain full, but non-exclusive rights to their manuscript. This means that authors may use their manuscript in any way they see fit without obtaining permission from the Clute Institute provided that appropriate credit to the Clute Institute is noted.
